About Foltz Legal

Ms. Foltz has been practicing law since 1993. Her current practice integrates her years of experience in family law, tax, litigation, and representation of individuals with special needs in administrative hearings and the courts.

In 1996, Ms. Foltz began working on cases involving Regional Center consumers.

After working as an administrative law judge for the Special Education Hearing Office, Ms. Foltz began representing students with disabilities in education and their parents, in addition to clients in regional center, family law and guardianship matters.

Since 2003, Ms. Foltz has successfully represented families of children with special needs in multiple forums, including administrative hearings under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and the Lanterman Act, federal and state court appeals, family law custody and divorce matters, guardianships and Lanterman-Petris-Short conservatorships.
